Oh my.... its been about 6 months since i lasted posted anything on here. I know bad blogger. Its just that in these last 6 months so much has happened that i dont even know where to begin. So to fill you all in its probably going to have to be broken up into several different blogs.

Okay so... after my birthday came and went the nex

t month was pretty slow. Same sh*t different day actually. Until the last week in July.

I was at work one day when i got a very unexpected phone call from my mother.

As you know i had been trying for nearly a year to get my butt out to california so i could attend "The Makeup Designory" but as luck would have it i kept hitting snag after snag.

I basically had given up all hope of going out there for school at leas

t until the new year when the school called....saying that a spot had opened up in both the Aug 31 program and in student housing. Not only had both opened up but i was also told that it could be arranged for Alyssa and i to be roommates. Only problem... i would have to leave in 2 weeks.

So the packing began and i was on my way to Los Angeles.

But lets jump back a week before i left. It was my best friend Laurens birthday. It was also my last weekend in town. So we figured since we were given 2 reasons to have a part

y we better.

My grandma got us a room down at the Delray Marriott for the night.

We spent the first day lounging out by the pool. It was a gorgeous south florida day so it was only right that we soak up the sun.

We even made adorable water bottles to put our drinks in :)

So after a day out by the pool we all went back up to the room and got ready to go out to dinner. Just a heads up 2 hours is not nearly enough time for 6 people to shower and get ready especially when 4 of the are girls.

But after all the primping and fixing was done we were finally ready for dinner at Lemon Grass.

YUMMM!!

After dinner we came back to the hotel and the party started and things got a little crazy ;)

Being that it was august in south florida our second day of sun bathing was covered in dark clouds and hurricane like rain.

But we didnt let that stop us for enjoying our last weekend together.

I couldnt have asked for a better way to shove off into my next adventure.
